Lentil Soup

Absolutely delicious! Perfect for a rainy or cool day. Passed Bry’s inspection with flying colors 🙂 Doesn’t hurt that it’s chalk full of fiber & protein too! It’s also vegetarian, low-sodium and healthy!

Lentil Soup



  1. In crock pot combine all ingredients
  2. Set over low heat for 4-5 hours (or medium heat for 2-3 hours)
  3. Stir periodically
  4. Once ingredients are thoroughly combined, beans are soft and liquid has dissolved about 20%, remove from crock pot and serve
  5. Enjoy! Freeze leftovers for delicious and easy future meals.
