Coconut Almond Granola
Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2c almond slivers
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1c old fashioned oatmeal
- 1/4c grated coconut
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until granola is crunchy & no longer wet
