Healthy Pumpkin Pie

Makes 8 servings


-1 can Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin
-12 oz fat free condensed milk
-2 egg whites
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1/4 tsp ground cloves
-3/4c sugar
Opt. 1 9″ pie shell


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed
  3. Pour into 9″ pie shell
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Lower over to 350 degrees F
  6. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until done
  7. Let cool for 2 hours
  8. Enjoy with whipped cream, ice cream or on it’s own
